M5 Info Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at 54/3, Ground Floor, Om Nivas, 2nd Cross, 1st R Block, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru – 560010, India (“Company”) has, as a part of its objective, created a website, in the name of ‘Bhoomee’ (“Bhoomee.co.in ”), that facilitates its users registered on Bhoomee.co.in  to buy and sell grains, spices, fresh fruits, vegetables, and other fresh or value-added agricultural produce across cities in India (“Services”). Additionally, on the agricultural input side, Bhoomee.co.in facilitates the procurement of necessary agricultural inputs, agri-implements, and all such products and services that benefit farmers and cultivation.
